They only cater to local people and drivers. If you're out of town make sure you buy something first otherwise you can't use the restroom. The staff is rude and the ownership sucks ass! If I'm ever by there again I'm going to record it, put it on YouTube, and then contact the BBB!

The toilet paper in the bathroom had one square left on it, and no extra rolls for me to use. NO paper towels I had to use my sweat shirt to dry my hands after washing them w/ water-downed soap; soap that had more than 75% water than actual soap in it. They tried to charge me an extra 50 cents when I tired to make a, (required to use bathroom,) purchase with my debit card, because it was under $15. Then told the cashier, probably Mel himself, I would take two packs of smokes to up my purchase price, but he only gave me one. Don't stop here unless you want to be treated very rudely. When I had gotten there the cashier pointed towards the back when I asked where the bathroom was didn't say a word to me until I was checking out. I'll stop on the side of the road and relieve myself in a ditch next time if that's the only place around.

Wow, how do you stay open? Very rude. An embarrassment to small businesses. This is a prime example of why big chains are taking over. It's called customer service, but I guess you save that for the locals
